Ingredient Testing and Analysis
If you’re facing challenges with your capsule formulations, our thorough ingredient testing services are here to assist. We offer:
- Detailed Ingredient Analysis: We assess each component’s bulk density, tapped bulk density, angle of repose, compressibility index, and Hausner Ratio.
- Blending and Post-Mix Evaluation: Utilizing our VM Lab Mixer, we blend your ingredients and evaluate the resulting mixture’s properties, such as flow and bulk density. We also perform mix validation.
- Capsule Formulation Evaluation: We examine the capsules produced from your formulation, checking their size, weight, and disintegration time.
These testing services cover up to 3 ingredients, with additional options available for more complex formulations. Send us your ingredients, and our formulation expert will take care of everything.
If your formulation is ready for production, take advantage of our free proof of concept testing. Simply send us your finished formula, and we will:
- Assess the flow of your formulation.
- Encapsulate your formulation using our capsule filling machines.
- Review the completed capsules and return them to you.
- Offer suggestions for improvements (for formulations using LFA Machines excipients only).
